No Refunds on Completed Work
Once a project or service has been started or delivered, refunds are not guaranteed, as time, effort, and resources are invested in delivering digital work.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
The service has not yet started, or
There is a clear failure to deliver the agreed service
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment.
Non-Refundable Services
Completed or partially completed digital services
Custom or personalized content
Revisions already delivered
Revisions & Support
We aim for client satisfaction and may offer reasonable revisions as per the agreed scope instead of refunds.
Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.
